Purpose of role |
Lead and be responsible for a small team of electricians in the commercial and industrial sectors. |
Main duties and responsibilities |
Core objectives include:
- Oversee scheduling of daily resources, plant and materials to perform electrical works
- Liaise with builder and project management
- Identify potential cost savings withing the business
- Ensure standard of work complies with relevant regulation and standards
- Compliance with all WHS, Environmental and Quality management policies and procedures
The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.

Other duties |
- Identify and submit RFI’s to client
- Report on staff performance
- Ensure the safety of plant and equipment on site
- Conduct post project reviews and provide feedback
- Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.

Person Specification
|
|
Qualifications |
- Electrical supervisor’s competency training Certificate III in Electrical Technology
- Current LV Rescue
- Unrestricted, manual driver’s license
- Communications licence
- White CardSenior First Aid – Current
- Police Clearance
|
Experience |
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
|
Knowledge |
- Understanding of electrical systems and construction programmes
- Ability to interpret electrical and construction drawings
- Fully competent in MS Office 365
|

- Overnight/multisite stays away for work may be required to fulfil the requirements of the role
