| Purpose of role |
- Electrical installations for commercial and industrial construction works
|
| Main duties and responsibilities |
Core objectives include:
- Installation of electrical systems for commercial projects
- Interpretation of electrical and architectural drawings
- Installation of structured cabling systems
- Compliance with WHS, Environmental and quality management policies and procedures
- DALI and Building automation systems installations and alterations
The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.

| Qualifications |
- Certificate III in Electrical Technology Unrestricted, manual driver’s licenseCommunications licenceWhite CardSenior First Aid – CurrentPolice Clearance
|
| Experience |
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
|
| Knowledge |
- Understanding of general power and lighting arrangements in a commercial setting
- Installation and wiring of switchboards and control circuits
- Understanding of data and communication systems
- Understanding of electrical and architectural drawings
- Basic computer knowledge e.g., Ms word and email.
